Brain Surgery performed on Six Days New Born Baby Successfully at Shri Balaji Institute of Neuro Sciences & Trauma by Dr. Kranthi Kiran.
Six days new born baby was fighting between life and death due to hemorrhage (Bleeding)in Brain, and was unable to feed on Mothers milk and was also suffering from Fits, and had lost consciousness, The baby was taken to pediatrician, after brain scan of the child, it was found that heavy bleeding was there in the brain, this condition is called in medical term as “Acute Sub-dural Hematoma and Intra Cerebral hemorrhage” This disease comes due to many reasons, Due to bleeding in brain the baby looses strength in limbs, and also suffers from breathing problems.
Surgery for this condition is very complicated. After the surgery Baby has fully recovered and has started feeding as normal Baby.
This complicated surgery was performed at Shri Balaji Institute of Neuro Sciences & Trauma, Hubli by Dr.Kranthi KIran, Pediatrician Dr.Prakash Wari, Dr. Vijay Yalival and Dr. Jagadish Barigidad
