22 years old male, case of RTA, on admission, conscious, all 4 limbs 2/5 power. Investigation revealed Fracture C2 with dislocation.
Did C1 lateral mass screw, C2 transpedicular screw with rod fixation done after traction.
Post operation patient doing well, power 4/5.
